The restaurant was exclusive with an amazing view over Florence, I tried hot dishes. It had exceptionally comfortable beds and an amazing view of the town and surrounding area. In general the service was excellent. I had really amazing days staying at this small hotel.
Their staff were not very helpful.

Lovely hotel in ideal location to explore Florence. Room spacious and of high standard. All staff very helpful. Recommend as a good place to stay.
Easy to find and car taken to parking facility by valet staff after arrival.
Only had breakfast at restaurant. Was good but young waitress staff could benefit from additional training. Tablecloth dirty and not changed between patrons. Took a long time to ask for coffee. When arrived it was cold. They did replace with no issue. Everything else was excellent.

Great hotel, great rooms, good location, good price for peak season and a nice little pool on the room with fantasic views of the city. The only downside is that the prices in the bar / restaurant are to high but i would go back to this hotel again.

The location of the hotel is excellent. 10 minutes by slow step to the station. 20 to the Duomas. Near the promenade, which is 20 minutes walk to the Golden Bridge. Chic views of the city from the terrace.
It's not the first time we've rested in Italy. We visited the most beautiful places in Tuscany. We often visit hotels with thermal pools and spas. Which surprised the hotel, which positions itself as a 4-star hotel. If you have a small pool and a terrace to relax in, there are no bathrobes or slippers. Pool towels are not changed. There is a sign in the room that if you need extra towels or want to change them, please contact the reception. But keep in mind: change of towels costs 5 euros. Information about the possibility to buy bathrobes and slippers, albeit for an additional fee, the client is presented. There is no dressing room on the terrace. After swimming in the pool and without a bathrobe, no place to change your clothes, you have to take the elevator in a swimsuit, wrapped in a towel or wet clothes, which is very unpleasant, the toilet room is downstairs in the restaurant, which is also weird. You in a swimsuit go down to the restaurant, where the guests of the hotel may have dinner, as the pool is open until 10 pm. The hotel hasn't thought of this question and spoils all the fun. No waiter has ever been seen at the pool during the day to offer drinks. Go down to the restaurant yourself and order. The view from the terrace is the only thing that will conquer you, and you'll be able to lie in the warm water in the open air, enjoying the views of Florence. It should also be noted that the hotel blocks the accommodation fee for one day, 24 hours before arrival. You will be charged the entire amount of your stay excluding the blocked amount, which is promised to be refunded within 5 days. This is not communicated to the client in full when booking the hotel, and it becomes an unpleasant surprise. It is the first time we have encountered such things.

I thoroughly enjoyed the lovely rooftop terrace with fine views over Florence. The ambiance was so relaxing, and the hotel's accessibility made it easy for us senior guests to savor our breakfast while taking in the amazing scenery.
Room decor could use more modernization for comfort.

Great location! Enough to be out of the main area, but not too far to walk. Bar & restaurant staff were extremely helpful and very welcoming. Fantastic to sit on the roof and by the pool, have a drink and enjoy the vista's surrounding the hotel.
My only complaint was the noise early in the mornings from the cleaning staff.

I enjoyed the really good rooftop terrace with panoramic views of Florence. Breakfast in the morning there was good, with fresh pastries and made-to-order coffee. My room had ample space and a lovely balcony. The pool area was serene, a pleasant escape from the bustling streets below. There were some issues with the service. The front desk staff appeared impersonal during check-in and check-out, lacking that warm hospitality I expected. The hairdryer in my room was outdated and somewhat ineffective. One night, the noise from the restaurant below disturbed my sleep.
